The DLE Research Service and Career Development is responsible for the professional supervision and support of the scientific staff. Its main tasks include the support of scientists in the acquisition of third-party funding and the implementation of large third-party projects, the exploitation and commercialization of intellectual property, including the negotiation of collaborations with partners from industry, but also the provision of advice, support and training, especially for junior researchers.
