  Additionally, the Basis programme of the FFG offers the possibility of funding projects in  cooperation with commercial or industrial enterprises; here, the University of Vienna will act as a subcontractor or cooperation partner. The enterprises, as the funding agencies, approach the researchers with a contract for a research project.
