Development of human resources
The following programmes are aimed at training qualified junior scientists of the national and international scientific community. -
Application-oriented projects
Funding for such projects is provided with the aim of facilitating the commercial exploitation of the findings of basic research.Additionally, the Basis programme of the FFG offers the possibility of funding projects in cooperation with commercial or industrial enterprises; here, the University of Vienna will act as a subcontractor or cooperation partner. The enterprises, as the funding agencies, approach the researchers with a contract for a research project.
